Iris Ramos is a Shastri or senior teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist meditation tradition. Shastri Ramos was appointed to this position in 2012 and has been a practitioner in Shambhala for the past 26 years. She is also an active teacher of Ikebana and childrens’ program.
