Tara Slone

Tara Slone is a second generation member of the Shambhala Buddhist Community. She has been an active member of the Dorje Kasung for close to fifteen years, and has held the post of Trident Regional Desung Commander since 2004. Tara spent many years on the road as a professional musician, but in 2007 decided to stick closer to home and took a job as a TV host and producer. After spending the last decade and a half living in Toronto, Tara, her partner Joe, and their daughter Audrey recently relocated to Calgary, Alberta, where Tara is currently the host of a morning television talk show.
