Sylvie Cotton

Sylvie Cotton is a visual artist (performance art, installation, drawing) currently living in Montreal where she is practicing art and meditation. She has been active in the artists-run-centers community for about 25 years and gives workshops in creativity through out the province of Quebec. She is the Culture and Decorum Representative at the Montreal Shambhala Center where she is also teaching different programs including Shambhala Arts. She is now completing a Ph.D. in Art Studies and Practices at l'UQAM.
