Sara Demetry

Sara Demetry has been practicing meditation since 1998 and is an authorized meditation instructor. She moved from the Boston area to work at Karme Choling in 2004. In 2006, she opened a private practice in psychotherapy and Jin Shin Jyutsu energy work, specializing in body based and mindfulness based counseling approaches. She continues to work at Karme Choling on a part time basis as registrar for Mukpo Institute, a residential program for students of Shambhala Buddhism.
