Rhiannon Wells

Growing up in the tradition of Shambhala Buddhism, Rhiannon has been a meditator from a young age. At 17 she spent a month living as a nun at Gampo Abbey, and has since found a passion in bringing the practice of meditation to the discipline of dance improvisation. Rhiannon is an authorized meditation instructor and Shambhala Art teacher. She recently completed a term as Director of the Halifax Shambhala Centre and before that she lived and worked in leadership at  Karme Choling.
