Pablo Coddou
Pablo Coddou is a seasoned practitioner, blending deep therapeutic wisdom with embodied disciplines. As a licensed psychotherapist, he integrates Gestalt, Humanistic-Existentialism, and Buddhist principles, offering a grounded yet expansive approach to personal growth. Certified by MAPS in psychedelic-assisted therapy, he understands the power of altered states in healing and self-discovery. Dedicated to mind-body study and practices, Pablo partakes in cold plunges, explores cutting-edge brain science, and holds a Kung Fu black belt—training side by side with his eight-year-old daughter. A trilingual, first-generation Chilean-American raised in New York City, he now calls the Northeast Kingdom home, where he lives with his partner, Anne-Marie, and their family.
