Michael Carroll, author of Awake at Work and The Mindful Leader , is founding director of AAW Associates, and teaches mindfulness at seminars and program centers throughout North America and Europe. As a business consultant, he has been engaged by such companies as Gartner Group, Procter & Gamble, Oxford Health, AstraZeneca, Aramark, and the Walt Disney Company.
