Louis Kirouac

Louis Kirouac has been a Shambhala practitioner since 1995. He is a systems and database programer since 1987. He developed Karmê Chöling's registration system in 2004, for Dechen Choling in 2005 and then integrated the systems to the Shambhala Database in 2012.
