Larry Mermelstein

Larry Mermelstein was a close student of the Venerable Ch├╢gyam Trungpa Rinpoche. He is a Tibetan Buddhist meditation master and scholar and is empowered as a senior teacher, or "acharya," by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. He has been the Executive Director of the Nalanda Translation Committee for over thirty years and is a long-time consulting editor for Shambhala Publications.
