Irene Woodard

Irene Woodard has been a mom for 25 years, Max and Catherine... A long time student of Chogyam Trungpa and The Sakyong she has spent many years studying, practicing and teaching the Shambhala Dharma. Making her home in and around New York City , she was a Resident Director of Shambhala Training, Warrior of the Center there, and was Resident Teacher at Family Camp at Karme Choling. "That was fun!" As a florist and GreenFaith Fellow she has spent a lot of time, in dirt and mud, and believes that experience has also informed her inspiration to jump into the wild and wooly of examining the art of parenting... She likes to bake.
