Erika Berland

Erika Berland, dancer and teacher, Certified Practitioner of Body Mind CenteringΓäó, and Licensed Massage Therapist has a private practice in NYC and Boulder working with actors, singers and athletes. She is a core faculty member of the Naropa MFA Theater; Contemporary Performance program teaching somatic techniques for voice, movement and acting. As a senior student and teacher of Shambhala Buddhism, she also teaches meditation practice and view, particularly as it applies to meditation practice.
