Coleman Zeigen

Coleman Zeigen has been practicing meditation for 20 years; 10 years in the Shambhala tradition. He currently resides near Northampton, MA, and teaches theater, public speaking, and study skills at a performing arts public charter school for 7-12 graders. Coleman is the co-director of the Pioneer Valley Shambhala Center and was the Rusung at Karmê Chöling for two years. As Rusung, or head of the Dorje Kasung at the center, he oversaw the health, well-being, and security of Karmê Chöling. He recently started teaching Shambhala Training levels and the Way of Shambhala curriculum and looks forward to sharing the profound and perky practice of drill in this gathering of teen energy.
