Chris Pleim

Chris Pleim is a senior teacher in the Buddhist lineage of the Vidyadhara Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. He has also studied intensively with other teachers including Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso. He is particularly interested in the way the teachings of Buddhism and Shambhala complement each other to become highly effective for modern life in the West. Chris lives in Boston and teaches frequently at the Boston Shambhala Meditation Center and throughout New England.
