About this program
Join us in the green hills of Karmê Chöling when the spring time energy is flowing! Chi is the intrinsic life force that animates all living beings. We’ll cultivate our green chi through the Tai Chi Form ‘Wave Hands Like Clouds. ’ We’ll learn this movement from the ground up—through proper body mechanics, alignment, and intention. But we’ll do more than just build health, vitality and balance—we’ll dive deep into the energetic basis of this form—reconnecting ourselves to the vivid forces of the natural world.
