Kyudo Assembly - 2024

Join us for Karmê Chöling's annual Kyudo Assembly at the Azuchi.

Karmê Chöling and Seiko Kyudojo look forward to welcoming you to the Kyudo Assembly with Kanjuro Shibata XXI Sensei. This is an opportunity to come together for an extended period of group practice in a retreat setting. Along with practical instruction, Sensei will share his extensive knowledge of yumi care and construction. While there is great benefit attending the entire program, partial program attendance is possible. Contact Guest Services at 802-633-2384 for per-day registration. Anyone interested in ordering a yumi from Sensei, please contact Lucy Halverson at Kyudoka52@gmail.com Arrival & Departure: Plan to arrive Wednesday, June 19th from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm for registration and to settle in. There is open practice from 3:00 to 5:30 pm.  Dinner is at 6:30 pm. The program ends on Sunday, June 23 at 3:30 pm. There is solid benefit in attending the entire program, however, participants may register for a segment of the program.
