Prerequisites
<ul> <li> Completion of a Weekthün</li> <li> Completion of Shambhala Training Levels I-V</li> <li> Completion of Way of Shambhala In Everyday Life series including - Unconditional Confidence: Rigden</li> <li> Centre membership and active volunteer in centre (exceptions may be made for individuals who do not live near centres or are in remote locations)</li> <li> Shamatha practice 20 hours per month for 3 months (to be completed prior to the training)</li> <li> Three positive letters of recommendation from: <ul> <li> Your Meditation Instructor</li> <li> Your Centre Director</li> <li> A Shastri or senior teacher who knows you or your Centre’s Director of Practice and Education</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p>
