Prerequisites
Completion of a Weekthün Completion of Shambhala Training Levels I-V Completion of Way of Shambhala In Everyday Life series including - Unconditional Confidence: Rigden Centre membership and active volunteer in centre (exceptions may be made for individuals who do not live near centres or are in remote locations) Shamatha practice 20 hours per month for 3 months (to be completed prior to the training) Three positive letters of recommendation from: Your Meditation Instructor Your Centre Director A Shastri or senior teacher who knows you or your Centre’s Director of Practice and Education
