About this program
Room for 1 teacher, room for 1 coordinator. Accommodations for other staff (check with staffing coordinator). The retreat begins at 7:30pm on 4/6/17. 4/13 is arrival day for week 2. 4/21/17 is departure day.

Shelley Heinz
Shastri Shelley Heinz has been practicing meditation since 1978 in the Shambhala tradition and is one of the original members of the Shambhala Meditation Center of Lexington in Kentucky. She is a former director of the center, an authorized meditation instructor and teaches Shambhala Training programs and classes.
