About this program
BG1, BG2 or BG3 taken individually are $325 each. 1 teacher room--shastri cote likes to stay on third floor room with a desk. 1 coordinator room? 1 support staff dorm bed. The retreat begins at 7:30pm on January 15th and ends with a departure on January 24th; you are free to leave anytime. Particpants may enter for BG1 on January 15th and leave around 5:30pm on the 17th. Any other requests to enter for BG2 or BG3 must be approved through Kim--send these requests to my email.

Benoît Côté has been a student of Shambhala Buddhism since 1976. For many years, he was a member and part of the teaching and administrative staff of Centre Shambhala de Montréal. In 2002, he retired from his university professor position in Educational Psychology to be involved fully with Shambhala.
