About this program
1 teacher room. 1 coordinator room + 2 ss dorm beds/tents The program begins with an orientation at 7:30pm on July 11th and ends at 6pm on July 15th. Special note: Pregnant women should wait until they have given birth before doing qigong.

Traditional Chinese Qigong: Levels 1 - 5
