Week 1: The program begins at 7:30pm on June 25th and July 3rd is a departure day, you are free to leave anytime. Week 1+2: The program begins at 7:30pm on June 25th and July 10th is a departure day, you are free to leave anytime that day! Weeks 3+4: Please plan to arrive by 6:30pm on July 10th. There will likely be an orientation at dinner (6:30pm). July 24th is a departure day for the program, you are free to leave anytime that day!

Lance Brunner
Lance Brunner is an experienced teacher in the Shambhala-Buddhist tradition, having directed Shambhala Training and contemplative arts programs and retreats for over thirty years.
