Traditional Chinese Qigong: Levels 1 - 5
Spring 2015
Sophie Léger is teaching Levels I-III and Eva Wong teaching Levels 4&5. (need 2 teacher rooms). 1 coordinator room and 2 support staff dorm beds. Levels 1&2 begin at 7:30pm on May1st and conclude at 6pm on May 3rd. Level 3 begins at 7:30pm on May 3rd and concludes at 6pm on May 5th. Level 4 begins at 7:30pm on May 5th and concludes at 6pm on May 7th. Level 5 begins at 7:30pm on May 7th and concludes at 6pm on May 9th. Special note: Pregnant women should wait until they have given birth before doing qigong.
