2 teacher rooms. 1 coordinator room. Parent program that is part of a Family Weekend with a Teen Retreat and an Aloka Children's Program. The program begins at 7:30pm on October 9th and ends at 3pm on October 11th.

Shastri Shelley Heinz has been practicing meditation since 1978 in the Shambhala tradition and is one of the original members of the Shambhala Meditation Center of Lexington in Kentucky. She is a former director of the center, an authorized meditation instructor and teaches Shambhala Training programs and classes.
