1 teacher room, Emily Forse is prep/coordinator, 1 AD rooms, can be at AB if needed, 2 ss dorm spaces, possible Guest coordinator room, level 4 begins 1/24 at 7:30pm and ends at 6:30pm 1/26 Level 5 begins 1/27 at 7:30pm and 1/30 is a departure day.
Prerequisites
Completion of Shambhala Training Level III: Warrior in the World.

Frank Ryan
Frank Ryan began studying Shambhala Buddhism over thirty years ago in Chicago. He has served as a teacher, meditation instructor and administrator at Shambhala Centers throughout Western Canada, the Midwest, New England and Ireland. He and his family live in Boston, Massachusetts.
