Pre Authorization Code: RAKCL14. Kim & Tara Bass & Elizabeth are prepping. Tara is main contact. This will be a big program, similar to the housing needs of the SSA y4 w/ the Sakyong 2 years ago. 1 teacher room, 5 teaching faculty rooms as well, 3 VIP rooms, 2 coordinator rooms, 5 program staff rooms, we may want to have staff dorms created in FOC and Aloka? These numbers will/may change. Be aware of who is at the court. DOP or Kim will have a list. Tents will be held for staff as well. Desung can go in a cabin tent b/c it's so close. For those who have attended a Kalapa Assembly and therefore have already recieved the werma text, you are invited to arrive by 6:30pm on May 16th and can depart anytime on the 19th. The cost is $290 and local sangha would pay $245. Materials fee is approximately $400-but this could change(3/19)
