Prerequisites
<p> I) Successful completion of Shambhala Guide program, completion of a dathün and completion of Warrior Assembly</p> <p> OR</p> <p> II) Completion of Buddhist Meditation Instructor Training, and completion of Warrior Assembly</p> <p> People applying for Assistant Director Training should also:</p> <ul> <li> Have coordinated at least one Shambhala training program</li> <li> Have an ongoing relationship with meditation practice</li> <li> Be a member of a Shambhala Center.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Study</strong><br /> People who are accepted to the training will participate in a six week preparatory class at your local center in addition to individual study of the Heart of Warriorship teaching guide prior to the weekend program.</p>
