Prerequisites

Students must have completed Levels 1 and 2 prior to taking Level 3. Students attending Level 3 are expected to commit to attending Level 4 now or in the future in order to complete the entire 47 postures of the Red Phoenix Calisthenics System. Students should not teach any form of Xiantianwujimen or Yiquan Qigong without permission from Ms. Wong.
