Jill Satterfield, founder of Vajra Yoga & Meditation, has been practicing yoga primarily in the Iyengar tradition for 30 years and teaching for 20. She has been a student of Buddhism for 17 years, informing both her practice and teaching, during which Jill has traveled and taught with some of the most respected Buddhist teachers of our time.
