Prerequisites
Ms. Wong has approved students who have completed Levels 1 and 2 to take this Level 3 course prior to having completed the 4 months of practice as previously required. Students attending Level 3 are expected to commit to attending at least Levels 3 and 4 in order to complete the entire 47 postures of the Red Phoenix Calisthenics System. Students should not teach any form of Xiantianwujimen or Yiquan Qigong without permission from Ms. Wong.
