Staff a program
Help a retreat happen. A program's staff, its meditation instructors, assistant directors, guest coordinators and support staff, serve and care for its guests.
A program may need meditation instructors, assistant directors, guest coordinators and support staff, who serve and care for its guests. Staffing a retreat can be transformative and challenging, and we look for people willing to offer their experience, abilities and energy to it.
What to know
- What staff pay for housing and food depends on the position and the program.
- Staff may give toward the program if they wish. Every gift is welcome, and helps those who need financial aid and the center's daily costs.
- Staff, like volunteers and residents, agree to Care and conduct.
