Arrival for this program is Friday, September 2nd between 3-6pm. The program begins after dinner at 7:30pm Departure is Sunday, September 4th around 5pm. Arthur Jennings is teacher (not sure if he will stay on land or at home-- lives in West Barnet.) Not sure if coordinator is needed?

Prerequisites
<p> Requisites relaxed: Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche has given permission for his students who have been practicing Chöd regularly at Karmê Chöling to give the lung for this practice to Shambhala vajrayanists who would like join them. This weekend will be the perfect opportunity to receive the lung, and begin to learn the practice, melodies, and use of instruments in an open, spacious and relaxed environment.</p>
